The service

NoVir.cc is a free, no-distribute malware scanning service. Files are scanned against multiple antivirus engines for detection results only. The service is provided as-is with no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or completeness of scan results.

No distribution

Uploaded files are never stored permanently, shared with third parties, or distributed to antivirus vendors. This is the core promise of the service.

Acceptable use

You may use NoVir.cc to scan files you own or have authorization to analyze. You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the service
• Automate uploads beyond reasonable use without prior permission
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law

Accounts

Accounts are free and require only a username and password. There is no payment, no subscription, and no premium tier. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

No warranty

Scan results are informational only. A clean result does not guarantee a file is safe, and a detection does not guarantee a file is malicious. NoVir.cc is not liable for any decisions made based on scan results.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
